  • Technical Failures: Service is completely non-functional on your compatible device for 72+ consecutive hours due to a fault on our side.
  • Duplicate Payments: Accidental duplicate charge for the same subscription period.
  • Initial 7 Day Windownew customers: Request within 7 days of first purchase after attempting support-led troubleshooting.

How to Request a Refund

To seek a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Make sure to use: 'Refund Request'.
  3. Kindly submit your full name, the email used for your subscription, and the reason for your inquiry.

Processing Timeline

  • 5–10 business days Funds show based on bank/card provider.

An email update will be sent at every phase. Response times could delay on weekends or holidays.

Exceptions (When Refunds Are Not Provided)

Refunds are unavailable in the following instances:

  • You are frustrated with the content or channel list given.
  • Your internet connection does not provide stable or fast streaming.
  • You have violated our Terms of Service, for instance, account sharing.
  • Issues with geo-blocking in your area are regrettably not something we can address.

  • Stable Internet: Use 30 Mbps+ and 5GHz Wi Fi or Ethernet for 4K.

Once a refund is approved, it generally takes three business days to process. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take five to ten business days for the funds to reflect in your account.

In general, refunds for a change of mind are not granted after the first 7 days. We advise reviewing our features and asking any questions you may have before subscribing.

Our subscriptions renew automatically. If you neglect to cancel ahead of your renewal date, please get in touch with us right away. Refunds for renewals are reviewed individually.
