8. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to avoid using the Service for any unlawful or unauthorized aims. Restricted activities include, but are not limited to:
- Restreaming, distributing, or rebroadcasting content.
- Using a VPN to navigate around regional barriers could violate local legislation.
- Providing your access credentials.
Breaking this policy may lead to swift account termination and no refund provided.
9. Intellectual Property & Copyright
Boss IPTV serves as a service provider and does not host, store, or produce any content. We offer access to streams that are already available online. It is the User's obligation to ensure they are not breaching any copyright laws in their jurisdiction.
10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Service is made available 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We cannot guarantee 100% uptime or that every channel will be continuously available. Boss IPTV will not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to utilize the Service.
11. Termination
We retain the right to terminate or pause your account at any given time, without advance notice, for actions that violate these Terms & Conditions or are otherwise damaging to our Service or other users.
12. Governing Law
